Item Description
This very large wardrobe came from an Italian villa decorated with numerous designer pieces from the 1960’s and 70’s. Many pieces by Tobia Scarpa and Fontana Arte especially. The wardrobe has a rotating enameled steel center column with attached to it a chromed ring for hanging clothes and a round glass plateau for other pieces of clothing or headdress. The wardrobe is functional but needs to be restored to be perfect again. It is photographed on a pallet, but normally sits flat on the floor. As shown it has damages to the panels and needs filler work and repainting. Also it requires professional installation, it needs to be shipped disassembled completely. It is a spectacular and unique piece, but we can’t stress enough that this item should be seen as a good basis for restoration that needs a lot of work.
