Exceptionally well preserved example of iconic work / dining table model PK55 designed by Danish architect Poul Kjaerholm in 1957, manufactured by Ejvindt Kold Christensen according the stamped logo at the inside of the frame (photographed). Largest version of this great design. Beautiful wood grain ash table top on matte chrome-plated steel base. This piece is part of an important collection of early Kjaerholm pieces carefully curated by an art loving couple for their architectural villa in The Netherlands. The villa is sold and their other house and art museum don’t match with the Kjaerholm aesthetics. We will list more pieces of this collection soon. This piece is in fine vintage condition with a few cane blemishes as pictured.
