Very comfortable ‘Orchidée’ series modular sofa designed by Michel Cadestin for by Airborne International. The sofa is made in grey suede covered fiberglass with tufted cushions and is very light. Casters at the rear provide excellent maneuverability. Airborne International was a French manufacturer, know from their Marc Held and Joe Colombo designs. We have 2 of these 3-seater sofa’s in stock. The six elements of the 2 sofa’s could also be used to configure a two-seater and a four-seater. Configured as a 3-seater they are 210 cm wide. They are marked under the seat cushions and are in excellent vintage condition. Price is for one 3-seater sofa. Michel Cadestin is a renowned French designer celebrated for his innovative contributions to furniture and interior design. Born in 1942, Cadestin is best known for his role in creating the iconic Togo sofa while working with Ligne Roset in the 1970s. This revolutionary design features an ergonomic, foam-based structure without a traditional frame, embodying comfort and contemporary aesthetics.
