Item Description
Architectural high-end sideboard made circa work 1960 in Brazilian Rosewood with tambour doors. A very expensive but also very practical solution that has the advantage that there are no doors opening in the space in front of the sideboard. So you can have chairs or other items right in front of it without any issues. The doors still function effortlessly after more than half a century of use. All drawers are present, the adjustable shelf in the large compartment is also present, the shelf in the smaller compartment is missing. A matching shelf could be made, but the compartment is very practical without a shelf as well. The design of the chromed steel base resembles the design of Florence Knoll cabinets, and is of the same quality. Overall a spectacular Brazilian rosewood piece that is rare and very practical.
