Brutalist concrete coffee table ‘Sapo’, made in glass, concrete and chromed steel, designed by Sergio & Giorgio Saporiti for Saporiti, Italy, 1972. This table called model ‘Sapo’ is made of a solid concrete base with a glass top attached. Due to the fixture by two metal knobs, the glass plate keeps its balance. The combination of the clear glass and the raw concrete is striking. The glass is in good condition with 2 very small flea bites on the edge as pictured. The concrete base shows signs of age and use, which adds to its appeal and uniqueness.
