Item Description

The Artifort Oyster chair, designed by Pierre Paulin in the late 1950s, is renowned for its distinctive organic shape and comfortable design. The “large” version, often referred to as the F157 model, features a wider and slightly taller seat compared to the standard model, providing enhanced comfort. This model typically measures approximately 83 cm in height, 89.5 cm in width, and 79.5 cm in depth, with a seat height of around 35.5 cm. The bent plywood shell is covered with foam and fabric and floats in a base of chrome-plated steel rods. Upholstered in a grey, black checkered fabric.
