Item Description
The Chip chair is more a sculpture than a chair, but it does sit surprisingly well. The designer, Carlo Mo, is a sculptor by profession. The ‘sculpture’ was conceived at the Centro Progetti Tecno, a ‘laboratory’ where Osvaldo Borsani developed and produced products, together with designers like Norman Foster, Renzo Piano, Gae Aulenti and the artists Francois and Frederic Morellet, Jeffrey Steele and Carlo Mo. Marked with signature on a medaillon. Reference: ‘1000 Chairs’ by Charlotte and Peter Fiell.
