Monumental 1970’s black Leather dining or card Table BO287 made by Italian manufacturer Rossi di Albizzate and designed by the Italian designer Carlo Bartoli. The outline resembles the Colonnato table by Mario Bellini, designed in the same period. This design however is completely covered in black leather with a glass disc filling the cavity in the top and thus protecting the leather. Magnificent quality, refined attention to detail and a very comfortable design. Carlo Bartoli is an esteemed Italian designer, celebrated for his innovative contributions to contemporary furniture design. Born in 1931, Bartoli’s career spans decades, marked by a harmonious blend of functionality and artistic elegance. His designs, characterized by clean lines and timeless aesthetics, have earned international acclaim. Notable works include the iconic Gaia armchair and the Matrix chair, both featured in prestigious collections like the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
