Item Description

Great set of white nesting tables model PK71 designed by Poul Kjærholm for Ejvind Kold Christensen, Denmark, 1957-1982. These tables are the unmarked early 1960 production. They have a matte chromium plated steel frame and white polished acrylic tops. PK71 comprised of three nested cubes, side tables that could be arranged as needed and then stacked within one another for compact storage. The abstract form and small scale of the tables gave then a toy-like character, and moving the tables around and storing them required the user to assemble the set.
